In spite of the failed attempt by paramount to get a sequel off the ground, and in fact it reminds people (rightfully so) or Left 4 Dead Saber Interactive's World War Z Publisher Focus Home Interactive and developer Saber Interactive announced that the title has sold more than one million units across PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in its first week of launch
"We are humbled and thrilled by the immense success so far of World War Z especially on PC thanks to the tremendous support of the Epic Games Store," said Saber Interactive CEO Matthew Karch in a press release. "Moving forward, we will continue to expand the game and its community with new improvements, stability updates, and bonus gameplay content, beginning with a special mission for the Tokyo episode."
While the success of the game might not ask to take another crack at that sequel, it does well for the epic games store, given its small but growing library of exclusives. Plus, we'll talk about it until we get more info on Turtle Rock Studios Back 4 Blood
Do check out Neil's take on the game, which “entertains and enthralls ”, despite its short length.
