How Easterby’s career started

Easterby’s NFL journey began in 2011 when then-Kansas City Chiefs general manager Scott Pioli asked kicker Ryan Succop why there were not many players involved in the team’s Bible study or other off-field groups within the organization. Easterby’s “ability to look at intangibles in people and programs” that helped him find coaching candidates has translated into Easterby’s role in Texan’s front office, Edwards said.
