One recently published The patent states that Samsung’s under-display camera technology, which the company has reportedly been working on for a long time, is at an advanced stage of development. Since chaebol reportedly already plans to bring S Pen compatibility with Galaxy Z Fold 3, it may not be the first device to have a selfie camera under the screen, though some rumors do suggest it. Instead, the Galaxy Note 21 may have the credit, and apparently a new Samsung video suggests the same.

During the ongoing CES 2021, Samsung announced updates to the Galaxy Upcycling program that was announced back in 2017. The basic idea is to reuse older Galaxy devices to create IoT tools, and the South Korean giant has shared a video that goes into more detail about the program. The eagle-eyed people at Let’s go digital has seen an unreleased smartphone in the video that full screen. This suggests that the device has a front panel shooter. Since the Galaxy S21 will probably keep a selfie camera with hole in the hole, the phone may turn out to be Galaxy Note 21 Ultra.

Of course, this is pure speculation, but as several sources suggest that Samsung’s camera under the panel is ready for prime time, the Note 21 Ultra seems like a possible candidate.

Samsung also kind of confirms that the Galaxy S21 comes in a smaller retail box without accessories

In the video, Samsung praises companies for reducing packaging and also talks about waste produced by technology. This is further proof that Apple has inspired the company to remove accessories from the Galaxy S21 case. This means that the new phones are sent without charger and possibly also earphones.
If that’s any consolation, Samsung apparently plans to release a higher wattage, more affordable charger along with the new phones. In addition, it will reportedly also give the rumored Galaxy Buds Pro away for free with everyone Galaxy S21 Ultra pre-order. Separately, these are expected to cost $ 229.

The Galaxy S21 series will be unveiled on Thursday.
