There are daily fitness training schedules and then there is Victoria Beckham's grueling routine that is enough to bring out more mortals into a cold sweat.
Victoria is known for her slender frame and it is little wonder that the former spice girl is so hot after rising to help keep in shape
With a busy daily schedule, the 44-year-old fashion designer is up with the lark and uses her time working out to catch up on her favorite TV shows.
It is a little wonder that she wants a distraction as the schedule is full on, though she does take time out of her training to do the morning school run.
Getting up at around 5.30am, Victoria embarks on an epic two hour daily workout, which is only punctuated by dropping the kids off.
Speaking to The Guardian, Victoria revealed that she starts with a 7k run on the treadmill. No plodding mind, as this is "a mix of uphill fast walking, jogging, running." [Image:SplashNewscom)
She revealed that this is a favorite time of the day for her as the 45 minutes or so to catch up on tv show, with documentaries and boxsets bringing some light relief to her training.
Next up is the personal trainer, who puts Victoria through her paces with 30 minutes legs followed by 30 minutes arms, toning and conditioning
To finish this, there's "loads of planks and that kind of thing for my core."
The school weekend gives her the chance to get some breath back before carrying on again, once she has returned home.
The weekend sees her go straight through, but it's not a chore according to Victoria, saying it's, "a really positive thing for me. It's part of who I am now, and I really enjoy it. "
What's more surprising than this gruellin
Victoria has never come across as someone who is the joker in the pack and it might have been more unbelievable if she had referred to him as Becks or 'Goldenballs'.
No, it is straight up' David 'when he calls and it shows that the Beckhams like to keep it' professional "When it comes to contact names.
Victoria probably hasn't got the energy to come up with a pet name for her husband after spending the first two hours of each day with such a grueling workout schedule.
