A 24-year-old employee of the Department of Veterans Affairs has been arrested, accused of occupying at least four people using a women's toilet in the departmental headquarters near the White House.
The suspect identified as Alex Greenlee of Maryland, allegedly committed the crimes in January, according to legal documents.
Authorities investigated that a woman reported finding a "mini camera" under the stall next to what she used, Washington WJLA reported.

The woman then told the authorities that she saw Greenlee outside the woman's toilet, and he claimed he should go in for paper towels, the station reported.
Another woman reported finding a camera on a toilet three days later, the report said.
Investigators say Greenlee has refused to know anything about the cameras, reported Washington's WRC TV.
