In the interview with ABC News, Trump repeatedly criticized Mueller's investigation into Russia's election interference and possible collusion with Trump's campaign, calling it a witch hunt.
"Mueller comes out – there's no collusion and essentially a roll that no obstruction, "he added. "And they keep going with it. You know what? People are angry about it."

"Oh, are you trying to say now that there was collusion, even though he was said there is no collusion? " Trump replied before later stating, "George, the report said no collusion."
"Did you read the report?" the ABC News anchor asked, prompting Trump to reply, "Yes, I did, and you should read it, too." "I read every word," Stephanopoulos responded. Mueller's report, which was released in April, cited more than 100 contacts between the Trump campaign and Russia, but noted that there was insufficient evidence to conclude and conspiracy took place. The report also noted that Mueller was unable to reach a decision on whether or not Trump obstructed justice.
ABC News noted that the Mueller report has been upgraded to being asked a question about 2020 polling he doesn't like.
"Because it's untrue," Trump said. "I like the truth. You know, I'm actually a very honest guy. If I thought they were correct, I wouldn't be complaining at all. It's like the witch hunt that goes on."
