They added that the couple, who like to keep a low profile, ‘are still really happy and in love’ and in ‘a very stable relationship.’

‘They’ve spent time between the coasts the last year and had been looking for a place in LA as a couple.’

Noah spends much of his time in New York City, where he hosts The Daily Show after taking over for Jon Stewart in 2015.

In 2017, he bought an apartment in the city for $ 10 million.

A source told former People in August that Noah and Kelly were ‘very serious’ and ‘very happy’ about their relationship.

Only in September were the first glimpses of each other when they were seen arriving at his apartment in New York City and carrying some of her luggage up.

So far, the comedian and actor have not confirmed their romance.

Kelly was previously linked to Grey’s Anatomy star Jesse Williams, but the relationship erupted in January 2018 amid his messy divorce from his ex-wife Aryn Drake-Lee.

Noah was last known to be in a relationship with singer Jordyn Taylor in 2017, though it is unclear when the two split.

The Los Angeles Times reported that the comedian’s new home purchase comes just months after he sold his former mansion, also located in Bel-Air, for $ 21.7 million.

The new home for him and Kelly has a striking, boxy white design with large windows for lots of natural light and was originally designed and built by Rios for himself.

In 2017, he spoke with Architectural Digest about the palace’s Japanese-inspired design.

In contrast to the radiant white exterior, the home’s interior has ‘heavy, dark timber’ inspired by the rooms Rios had visited in Japan.

Privacy was a major concern for the home, which has 18-inch-thick walls to help drown out outside noise.

The home appears to be a series of stacked white containers seen from the front, but it is more expansive seen from behind.

The floor has several sliding doors that open outwards and sloping the backyard.

There is also a large roof terrace, which the upper floors open for entertaining guests.

Partygoers can easily move from the terrace to the roof terrace for more entertainment.

The rooftop area also has a luxurious infinity pool where you can cool off on a hot day.
