The ongoing spring force in COVID-19 infections is not quite as bad as it looks. Yes, cases are increasing in large eastern states, including Florida, New Jersey, New York and especially Michigan.
But there is a silver lining. Because so many of America’s older people have been vaccinated, more young workers are being infected this time – and the younger people are far less likely to get really sick or die.
