The Walking Dead killed by a bunch of characters in Key Comic Moment
The Walking Dead did it finally. But that was not how it went down in the comics.
In the penultimate episode of season nine The Walking Dead highlighted the great Alexandria Mass and the death that came with it thanks to Alpha ( Samantha Morton ).
And while heads were placed on girls, they were not exactly heads of pivotal characters. Among the Dead on The Walking Dead TV Series: Tara ( Alanna Masterson ), Enid ( Katelyn Nacon ) and Henry ( Matt Lintz ]). The comics exhibition is based on Rosita and Ezekiel's death during this pivotal scene.
"There is so much behind the decisions of who goes and who does not go. Even at the beginning of the season, when we knew the sequence came, everyone always said to Christian and khary: & # 39; head on spikes come! here it comes! & # 39; But it's always about what those moments and those deaths do to other characters that catapult them forward, "said the producer Greg Nicotero The Hollywood Reporter. "In relation to Henry and his relationship with Carol, Daryl and Ezekiel … there is a very specific reason to lose him. As for other characters, Tara picked up as a leader when Jesus died. She showed some true authority and Leadership at Hilltop Ultimately, it's an organic decision how it evolves, like the relationship between Enid and Alden, you see a burgeoning relationship and a budding romance where people rise to what makes them the best person they may be, like Tara. Many times some people find these realizations. In other cases, it is brutally torn by them. "
See how their deaths rank in the gallery below.
44. Sam (Major Dodson)
Without Sam we would not have Carol's cookies. It's about it. He served to only annoy. Bye Sam!
43. Carter (Ethan Embry)
We hardly knew Carter, but we knew from the moment he challenged Rick in the season six premiere that he didn't yearn for this world. We were right: He didn't survive the episode.
42. Olivia (Ann Mahoney)
Olivia did not deserve to be beaten randomly by Savior's after Rosita's failed murder attempt at Negan in the seven mid-season season, but she was also the very definition of "expendable". Walking Dead “/>
41. Aiden (Daniel Bonjour)
We're not really sorry to see him go, but Aids death died viewers of what some of Alexandrin's citizens really are … unconscious.

Fit = inside | 900: 650 & output-quality = 90 "data id =" 549155 "alt =" The Walking Dead, Death Gallery, Jim, Andrew Rothenberg  AMC
40. Jim (Andrew Rothenberg)
Bits in the chest gave Jim after the infection in season one. Forgotten he existed? We did that too.
39. Jacqui (Jeryl Prescott)
An early Walking Dead player, Jacqui stayed on CDC with Dr. Jenner, who committed suicide. See the above statement of forgetfulness.
38. Summer (Addy Miller)
The first killings of the series were a memorable one: Rick shoots a zombified little girl. Welcome to the future, people!
37. Spencer (Austin Nichols)
He had got it, he had come it. He had only guilt in himself. If you have been there, if you have seen it, I think you would have done the same.
Spencer was a tissue at the end. His hatred of Rick and his own inflated sense of self-esteem earned him a shockingly brutal death in the seven-midseason final season. Apparently, Negan does not value turncoats. There you can just see? Deanna would have been so ashamed of her son. Adios, Spence.
36. Amy (Emma Bell)
An early accident for walkers in season 1 contributed her death to motivating Andrea for a hot minute. Walking Dead, Death Gallery, Zach, Kyle Gallner “/>
35. Zach (Kyle Gallner)
In the big scheme of things, it wasn't so important, but still guy killed by a helicopter crashing through a roof. Epic.
34. Sam (Robin Lord Taylor)
Sam died so the penguin could live. Sort of. Robin Lord Taylor s Walking Dead character brutally got his neck tip at the Terminus cannibals in front of Rick and the gang. “/>
The Walking Dead “/>
33. Ron (Austin Abrams)
Michonne struck annoying Ron after trying to shoot Rick in the midst of the zombie siege on Alexandria. By sticking Ron saved Michonne Rick, but it cost Carl his eye. Ron's death is only important in promoting Carl's character development and potentially Michons.
32. Dawn (Christine Woods)
Beth's captor and head, the Atlanta hospital was stabbed by Beth … and then shot fan-favorite character out of reflex.
31. Jessie (Alexandra Breckenridge)
Jessie the whole family was a big problem for Rick Grimes. Her death is important because of two reasons: She re-introduced Rick's ability to love again and he had to cut her arm to save his son.
30. Tomas (Nick Gomez)
A prison imprisoned to nothing good, Tomas's death by machete impalement was one of the major turning points, as viewers and other zombie survivors learned that you didn't mess with Rick Grimes. Ever.
29. Milton (Dallas Roberts)
A victim of the governor and his murderous rage. At least we still have Dallas Roberts as Owen at The Good Wife !
28. Mika (Kyla Kenedy)
Killed by his sister Lizzie, who did not believe, there was a difference between the living and the dead. BRB, crying. Walking Dead “/>
27. Noah (Tyler James Williams)
Noah was still relatively new to The Walking Deads world, but his cruel death is likely to affect Glenn. It was caused by a frivolous citizen of Alexandria and kind of on Glenn's clock. And it was quite rough.
26. Sophia (Madison Lintz)
We all remember the quest for little Sophia. But all the time she was a zombie in the barn. Walkers killed her from the screen and when she bumped out of the barn, Rick shot her in the head.
25. Karen (Melissa Ponzio)
Karen must be toast, because she was just burned … literally! She was fried to a sharp by Carol after bowing to the flu.
24. Deanna (Tovah Feldshuh)
As the leader of the Alexandria, Deanna was right out of her element when the real world went over her walls of settlement. When these walls fell, she obviously took a bite to her stomach while trying to protect Rick, but not before giving some wisdom to Rick, Maggie, and especially Michonne, who should push these signs to stronger leadership roles in the future. Deanna herself may not have much, but her influence will be felt in the coming seasons.
23. Bob (Lawrence Gilliard Jr.)
Bad Bob. He was bitten by a walker and then caught by Gareth. They removed his leg and ate it … but Bob was still alive. As he slowly died, Tyreese made sure he would not come back as a zombie.
22. T-Dog (IronE Singleton)
While trying to save Carol and the rest of the prison group, T-Dog paid the ultimate price. RIP, we hardly knew … despite your presence on the show in three seasons.
21. Dale (Jeffrey DeMunn)
Damnit, Carl! Dale and his fisherman were attacked by a walker Carl previously seen and provoked, but did not kill. The walker got to eat Dale's inside. Daryl took mercy on him and shot him in the head. Only at TWD is a shot in the head showing some mercy. This. Show.
20. Gareth (Andrew J. West)
Here's why you don't kidnap, torture and kill anyone of Rick Grimes & # 39; people: he wants to cut his fingers and then stab you to death.
17, 18, 19. Henry, Enid and Tara
For such a crucial moment in the comics, the deaths of Alpha and Whispers hands during the Alexandria trade show on the TV show … were a little underwater. Yes, these characters have ties to big players on the show, but not as big as the characters released in the comic book material. Henry seems to be created to die. But they represent how ruthless Alpha is. Walking Dead, Death Gallery, Merle, Michael Rooker “/>
16. Merle (Michael Rooker)
Merle was almost like a phoenix at The Walking Dead . Until he died. Viewers met him first in season one when he was confronted with Rick, but he did not die when they left him chained for a while. Instead, he lost his hand and joined the governor. But everyone knows that the governor is a big @ $$ hole, and he shot his once trusted ally in the chest. Daryl eventually had to kill the zombie Merle.
15. Denise (Merritt Wever)
Denise, we didn't know us. Merritt Wever's character met an incredible end at the end of season six. Her death is significant for a few reasons: Denise was Alexandrin's doctor and she was an out LGBT character. Her exit is another in the disturbing tendency of the Walking Dead to kill minorities.
14. Gregory (Xander Berkeley)
While many fans may not be sad to see him go, Gregor's death says a lot about where Maggie ( Lauren Cohan ) goes as the leader of Hilltop. She extends her wings from under Rick's leadership and finds her place.
13. Abraham (Michael Cudlitz)
The first of the Negan's ( Jeffrey Dean Morgan ) kills big in the season seven prizes, sadly Abraham's death was overshadowed by Negan's next killing … as we come a little later. But it was still a significant loss for the group.
12. Jesus (Tom Payne)
He had the hair and the beard, but the TV version of Jesus never lived up to the cartoon version – something actor Tom Payne was aware of, and that was a factor in his acceptance of his destiny. Jesus was killed by Whispers, the new villain who carries skins of zombies to interfere with them. Had the show exploited Jesus as the comics do, his death would be higher. However, the change from the comic source material is important. Walking Dead, Sonequa Martin-Green “/>
11. Sasha (Sonequa Martin-Green)
Has anyone had a cooler death than Sasha's sacrifice in the seven-finals season, when she tricked Negan into putting her in a coffin, took a poison pill and surprised the big bad when he opened the case during his great performance outside Alexandrin's walls having started the process? She may not have taken the Negan out, but she gave Rick and the band a chance to get the upper hand so she goes down into a hero in our books.

10. Shane (Jon Bernthal)
Presumably, the show's first big death, Shane, was killed by his former best friend Rick, whose wife he fell in love with the takeover of zombies in an intense showdown that contradicted the pun not bringing a knife into a gun fight. And after returning as a zombie, Shane was put down by Rick's young son, Carl. Rough twist, bro.
9. Tyreese (Chad Coleman)
It was hard to see. Tyreese had been through so much and became such a protective and comforting presence in the group that it was particularly difficult to see him go after being bitten by Noah's (19459007) Tyler James Williams ) walker brother on his arm. Rick, Michonne and Glenn had almost saved him, but it was too late, and the bulls used the episode to hear from all of his dead friends and enemies, including Beth and governor.
8. Lizzie (Brighton Sharbino)
Oh man. Just thinking about this makes us cry. Lizzie and her little sister traveled with Carol, Tyreese, baby Judith and her sister Mika, but well, Lizzie was not carved for the zombie apocalypse. She thought the zombies were playing and were not dangerous (and died). After killing her sister, Carol put her down. Lizzie's death basically began a new era for Carol and her standing in the group.
And we never look at flowers the same.
7. Hershel (Scott Wilson)
The father figure in the group survived longer than most expected. He even lost a foot! But his neck was not matched by the governor, and he was beheaded in front of all his friends.
6. Andrea (Laurie Holden)
Oh Andrea. She was put in quite a pickle. After living in Woodbury and sleeping with the governor, the fans turned you around. But at least she died with some dignity. After being bitten by zombie Milton (and then taking him out) Andrea shot her head to prevent becoming a walker. Her death marked a major shift between the comic series and the show.
5. Beth (Emily Kinney)
What a battle Beth's death was for everyone – the characters and the audience. After disappearing in season four, the viewers finally got some Beth action in season five. She was essentially trapped in a hospital despite attempts to escape. But then showed her cavalry! Rick and the gang were trafficked officers to Beth, but the Dawn Lerner head demanded that Noah returned to the hospital. He agreed, but Beth didn't. She stabbed Dawn in her throat with scissors and Dawn shot her in the head.
The death of the bet sent the team in a new direction.
AMC 4. The Governor (david morrissey)
After what felt forever, the governor finally met his maker in the hands of Michonne … and Lilly! Michonne stabbed him in the chest and left him dying in pain, but Lilly came and shot him in the head.
3. Lori (Sarah Wayne Callies)
Lori, Lori, Lori. Existing path for some Walking Dead fans, Carl's mother and Rick told his fiancé's maker after the birth of baby Judith. When hikers attacked, Lori went into work but started losing too much blood and stating that it was either her or the child, so she had Maggie perform a C-section on her, knowing her end was near. Lori died after birth, but Carl put the last nail in the coffin: a bullet through the head so she didn't revive.
2. Carl (Chandler Riggs)
While Carl's death in season eight certainly qualifies as one of the show's most surprising deaths, and considering how far they show up, has rejected the comics where he still lives, it all seemed a little cheap. After maintaining a walker prayer while trying to save beginner Siddiq, Carl's death became nothing more than a plot unit to encourage Rick to find a way to peace with the Negan and the Saviors. To say that it was a bad service for one of the show's longest-running characters (and also actors) would put it lightly.
1. Glenn (Steven Yeun)
Ouch, our hearts. After Negan took Abraham out, we naively thought we were safe. Nix. He also took out Glenn and left the rest of the characters, especially Maggie ("I find you," he told her he destroyed every fan's heart in a million pieces), his pregnant wife and viewers speechless and numb. A fan favorite from the start of the series, the loss of Glenn will color the rest of the series and give a huge vacuum to fans.
