Since the arrival of The outer worlds at Switch this year, Virtuos and the Private Division have been working hard on a patch to enhance the overall experience. It is expected to elevate the quality of the visual and also the performance of the game.
Now, in an update from the official Outer Worlds Twitter account, it has been confirmed that this expected patch is rolling out on Switch on October 21st. There is also a sale on October 22nd.

More details on what’s included in the Nintendo Switch update will be released soon, but so far you can enjoy this image, which shows some of the visual changes.
There is no word on when the game’s first expansion DLC will be released on Switch, but this content has at least been confirmed for this platform by Private Division.
