Cops were able to bust the alleged metro brake yanker this week thanks to a cell phone-handling stacker – who caught the young man on camera "with his penis exposed" in a picture later used to identify him accused prosecutors Friday.
"The informant" had thought their business on the C-train platform at West 14th Street and 8th Avenue when Isaiah Thompson, 23, came whizzing at the back of a northbound train, according to the court's complaint.
They snapped a picture of Thompson's exposed unit, and he went into NYC's subway tunnels to destroy another person's day, accused prosecutors.
The strafanger turned the picture in to the police, who used it to identify the alleged transit problems a week later. Their meeting with Thompson is allegedly dropped on May 1
On May 21, the Perv metro was caught on surveillance video on the outside of a northbound 2 train – moments before the emergency brake was pulled at the same precise station where Thompson was trapped exposing the week before, the complaint says.
Two days later, Sgt. Jovanny Calderon – from the Transit District 30 – saw the video, compared it to the May 16 photo of Thompson, and realized they had the same guy, according to prosecutors.
Cops arrested Thompson late Thursday, and he allegedly admitted to being both the brake yanker and penis pen. He was charged with a criminal court in Manhattan on Friday with criminal manipulation, ruthless extinction and publicity.
