A small plane with a pilot with eight parachutes crashed at. 19.33 local time Thursday shortly after takeoff and then burned and killed everyone on board “in a very serious accident,” Erik Hiding from Orebro police told CNN.
“There was no life to save” when the rescue service arrived at the scene of the accident, fire chief Per-Ove Staberyd told reporters on Friday.
According to CNN subsidiary Expressen, Peter Swaffer of the Accident Council said the plane had problems early in its flight. “It happened very early in the beginning, so it [the plane] never came up very high, ”he said.
Police did not confirm to CNN what model of aircraft was involved, but local media reports said it was a DHC-2 Turbo Beaver.

Police have launched an investigation into the crash and can not confirm the cause until it is completed, Erik Hiding from Orebro police told CNN.
Orebro is one of Sweden’s largest inner cities, located approximately 125 miles west of the capital Stockholm.
Swedish Prime Minister Stefan Lofven expressed his condolences on Twitter on Thursday.
He said: “It is with great sadness and dismay that tonight I have received the tragic information about the plane crash in Orebro. I think of the victims, their families and loved ones in this very difficult time. I want to express my deepest sympathy for their grief. . “
