The men were arrested Friday in connection with an alleged attack on Empire actor Jussie Smollett.
Police have not yet made any fees.
Meanwhile, two sources of intimate study knowledge tell CBS 2 Investigator Brad Edwards that the attack on Smollett might have been orchestrated by the actor himself and involved two other men.
But the police said that while there is no evidence of the alleged attack, there is no evidence to say it is a hoax. They said that Smullett is currently collaborating and continues to be treated as a victim, not a suspect.

The two men were watching surveillance video near where Smollett told the police, he was attacked on January 29. The suspects have been questioned by detectives in the case, brothers who worked on Empire with Smollett.
Police raided their homes Wednesday, the same day police met them at the Hare International Airport when they returned from a trip to Nigeria.

The actor and singer gave his first public account of the attack in an interview about Good Morning America.
"When the police came, I kept the clothes on. I kept the rope," Smollett said. "I mean, it wasn't as wrapped up, but yes it was around because I wanted them to see. I wanted them to see what it was."
Smollett, 36, is black and blatantly gay .
Investigators have said that the alleged attack was not recorded on surveillance video, but police issued a gray image of the two men who were in the area at the time of the alleged crime.
