Another SpaceX fan said: “The SN9 launch is approaching. Maybe we’ll see a landing this time.”
SpaceX was expected to perform another static fire test on Monday, but the test was aborted.
The test also failed on Tuesday, and SpaceX fans are holding out hope that it will happen today (January 13).
If the wet exercise gets the green light today, no flight restrictions around Boca Chica suggest the earliest SN9 could start is Thursday.
A SpaceX fan tweeted: “Second static fire test has not happened, it should first before launch.
“The first SN9 test was interrupted for unknown reasons. We can only wonder why the second test did not take place.
“Do not forget that this rocket fell over in the bay. Has it suffered any damage?”
