Sharon Osbourne rejects Sheryl Underwood’s allegations of apology

It did not take long.

Sharon Osbourne already strikes back at Sheryl Underwood’s claim that Osbourne never reached out or apologized to her after their dustup on March 10 about “The Talk”.

Underwood, 57, on the latest episode of her “The World According to Sheryl” podcast revealed that she had not spoken to Osbourne since the tiff, and when asked if Osbourne had reached out, “No!” scroll through her phone messages as evidence.

But Osbourne, 68, leaked receipts from her own Tuesday to the Daily Mail and sent a series of screenshots of her alleged texts to Underwood, telling the website: “I not only sent these messages to Sheryl, but I personally apologized to her in her dressing room. Why do you say I̵

7;ve never apologized to Sheryl? What are you trying to do to me? Why are you trying to ruin my reputation? Just be honest. Tell me.”

“‘Sheryl, my heart is heavy and I am deeply saddened by the events that took place on Wednesday,” reads a screenshot from Osbourne, dated 12 March.

“I do not want to lose my true friend because of this. I’m sorry to have told you to f ** ki the break, I’m sorry to have accused you of fake crying while we were live in the air, and I’m sorry to have lost temper with you. ”

Osbourne continued, “I felt shocked, scared and saddened by what felt like a blind-sided attack. You know me. You know how I’ve always had your back. We have all survived on this show and that is because we have always been a team and had each other’s backs. ”

“I consider you a true friend. If you want to talk on the phone this weekend, I’m here. Once again deep from my heart sorry. Is there anything you need from me or that I can do to help you heal? Love and respect always – Sharon. ”

A follow-up announcement from March 15 reads: “Hi Sheryl. I know you’re taking a seat, and I do not want to respect that. I’m just reaching out because I want you [to] know I’m thinking of you. Can you speak before Wednesday if you are willing? Big kiss.”

Osbourne’s alleged last note from March 18 reads: “Sheryl I’m thinking of you. Hope you are doing well. Sending my love. ”

An exclusive page from March 15 seems to confirm Osbourne’s version of events with a source telling us, “she texted [Underwood] a very detailed, emotional and heartfelt apology Friday “the 12th” It was very personal and Sheryl did not come back to her. ”

Osbourne left “The Talk” two weeks after a heated argument with Underwood over Osbourne’s defense of friend Piers Morgan, who left his own show in the UK after blasting Meghan Markle’s interview with Oprah Winfrey.
