"It will very simply prohibit the Ministry of Justice from using any kind of financing to challenge ACA's fallout in the Circuit Court . Let's see if all our Republican colleagues who have said they will not remove protection for pre-existing conditions, Schumer says on Wednesday. "Let's see how our Republican colleagues will vote on this."

Voting if given vulnerable Senate Republicans in a difficult position on health policy. But majority leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) Is unlikely to support having such a vote as to put GOP senators against the Trump administration. Can also complicate the passage of a help bill aimed at helping the South, the Midwest and Puerto Rico recover from the storms.

"Will the leader do what he so typically does in the majority? Block this amendment?" Schumer asked. "Will any Republican on the other hand stand up and say, doesn't block it?"

Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine) has been Republican's most obvious as opposed to Justice Department's plan. Others in the GOP generally dumped this week and said whether they support the efforts to settle the law.

On Monday, the Ministry of Justice announced support for a lawsuit for an appeal court that would dismiss the entire Obamacare. President Donald Trump has subsequently declared that the GOP will now be "the health service" and will be imposed on the Senate Republicans on Tuesday to prepare a new health plan if the trial is successful.
