Rudy Giuliani’s daughter says to vote for Biden and Harris to end Trump’s ‘terror period’

In a piece to the Vanity Fair published Thursday, she urged voters to end Trump’s “period of terror” and “elect a compassionate and decent president.”

“I may not be able to change my father’s opinion, but together we can vote this toxic administration out of office,” wrote Giuliani, who has publicly supported Democratic candidates in the previous presidential election.

On Thursday, the Washington Post reported that the White House was warned that Rudy Giuliani “was being used to provide Russian misinformation” to the president.

“If being the daughter of a polarizing mayor who became the president’s personal bulldog has taught me anything, it̵

7;s corruption that starts with ‘yes-men’ and women, the comrades who create an echo chamber of lies and submissiveness to maintain their proximity to power, ”wrote Caroline Giuliani. “We’ve seen this ad nausea with Trump and his cadres of high-level sycophants (those who were not convicted anyway).”

She accused Trump “and his powers” of using the presidency to “stab the injustice that already permeated our society,” slammed his policies that restored protection for the LGBTQ community, and criticized his handling of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Giuliani praised Biden for choosing Harris as his comrade, arguing that the former vice president would be able to double down and incorporate progressive views. She also praised Biden’s proposal to combat climate change, warning that “it is clear that our planet cannot survive four more years of this administration’s environmental attacks.”

“In Joe Biden, we want a leader who prioritizes common ground and courtesy over alienation, bullying and burnt out tactics,” she wrote.

She admitted Biden was not her first presidential election in the primary, but added: “I know what’s at stake and Joe Biden will be everyone’s president if elected.”

Giuliani, the youngest of Rudy Giuliani’s two children with her ex-wife, Donna Hannover, supported Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election, while her father strongly supported Trump. During the 2008 election, when her father was seeking a GOP nomination, she joined a Facebook group that supported Barack Obama as president.
