Ronda Rousey heeled and brought up how the fans cheered as she was knocked down on the Survivor Series. This was real frustration from Rousey and she was actually sad in a way. Now it looks like Rousey is set for a WWE finish after WrestleMania, and we're not sure how long she'll be gone.
Dave Meltzer noted at Wrestling Observer Radio that it is not clear when she will be back if ever. Because if the fans hadn't turned on Ronda Rousey, it would be a very different story. After all, she had fun until the fans began to live her.
"It can be much longer than [SummerSlam]. She can never come back. I expect she just wants because – I tell you what … If the fans hadn't turned on her, 100% would now [come back] now know, I wouldn't be so sure. "
" I think she still wants to, but it's another thing. You can remember it all, like: Oh man, these wrestling fans are so much better than MMA fans, you know blah, blah, blah, blah, blah and now I'm sure she doesn't say it.
Ronda Rousey can make her own decision in This respect, so there is no real way to determine how long she will actually be out of action. WrestleMania could end up Rousey looking up at the lights or slipping the carpet into a submission team.
WWE could always write a reason for her to come back, the fact that her last scheduled date with WWE is RAW after WrestleMania could Honor a narrative sign that the clock is ticking down for the bad woman on the planet and the WWE.
