Tom Brady has been working on a wide range of throwing partners this summer, but his latest surely turned most heads.
The New England Patriot's quarterback through social media has kept fans noticed by his training before the 2019 season, which has been featured as Julian Edelman, rookie N & A; Keal Harry and even Josh Gordon. Monday's guest, while a familiar face was very exciting.
The reports showed that Brady held a private training with Rob Gronkowski, who retired in March and did not show any potential comeback. The cross session took place at UCLA, where Gronkowski was set to participate in the $ 50K Charity Challenge Basketball Game that night. The five-hour Pro Bowl selection during the event confirmed his training with Brady in a way that only Gronk can.
"It was good to work," Gronkowski told TMZ. "Tom needs someone to throw at what you know he calls Mr. Reliable Robbie G the only one!"
The training was probably no more than Brady who needs a throwing partner and Gronkowski who wants to get a good sweat. It will probably not stop Patriot fans from getting their hopes for a potential Gronk return.
We may not have the chance of a zero percent comeback, but Gronkowski certainly seems to enjoy retired life after nine hard seasons in the NFL.
