Senator Rick Scott (R-Fla.) Said Friday that he has tested positive for coronavirus about a week after starting self-quarantine.
Scott said in a statement that after receiving several negative results, a test he took Tuesday came back positive Friday morning.
“After several negative tests, I learned that I was positive this morning. I feel good and experience very mild symptoms. I will work from home in Naples until it is safe for me to return to Washington, DC, ”Scott said in a statement.
