Texas Senator Ted Cruz, R, said in a statement Monday that the “reprehensible missile attack” came “after days of increased anti-Semitic incitement and violence perpetrated by Palestinian leaders and the Iranian regime, including Iran̵
“In far too many cases, politicians and officials here in Washington, DC, including within the Biden administration and the State Department, have been morally and diplomatically equivalent between our Israeli allies and Palestinian terrorists, and at times falsely, shamefully and without justification chosen by Israel. for the blame, ”Cruz continued.
House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-California, wrote on Twitter that Israel “has the right to defend itself against the blockade of Hamas rockets.”
“The United States stands unequivocally with our ally Israel and the Jewish people,” McCarthy added.

“Israeli airstrikes killing civilians in Gaza are an act of terrorism. Palestinians deserve protection. Unlike Israel, there are no missile defense programs, such as the Iron Dome, to protect Palestinian civilians. It is unintentional not to condemn these attacks this week with Eid,” tweeted Omar.
Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., One of Omar’s fellow “Squad” members and the first Palestinian-American woman elected to Congress, claimed that Israel used taxpayer dollars to “commit human rights violations.”
“US taxpayer money is being used to commit human rights abuses. Congress needs to condition the aid we send to Israel and end it completely if those conditions are not met. Statements do not work @SecBlinken. Enough is enough.”
