Ubisoft has released another teaser trailer for its upcoming Rainbow Six Siege Operation Phantom Sight expansion. This video shows Phantom Sight's second operator, Warden. Warden's real name is Collinn McKinley and he is one of Team Rainbows older operators with a 30-year career experience.
In the new trailer that can be seen below, Warden is identified as Defender. After a brief shot of a watch revealing Warden's ties to both Secret Service and Team Rainbow, the video passes to a shot of Warden slowly moving forward as his glasses glow blue. We see glimpses of what Warden sees, which seems to be the possible actions that an enemy can take. Whatever his glasses do exactly, they seem to be associated with his watch, as both gadgets glow with the same glowing blue.
"The greeting from the state of Kentucky, McKinley rose through the ranks of the marines before he found his call for detailed details in the secret service," wrote Ubisoft in a blog post. "He clearly demonstrated his abilities as he led the Secretary of State for security during an attack where hostilities flooded all prior planning."
After learning Phantom Sight's new operator, Nuk, she could use the HEL unit to become invisible and hide in the shadows we theoretically – based on Phantom Sight's first yin-yang symbol teaser – that her counterpart would Use a gadget designed to find or illuminate the location of attackers or traps. It seems that the theory is correct, although Ubisoft has not explicitly stated what exactly Warden's Glance Smart Glasses does, simply "reflecting the nature of his natural talent to see what most cannot to get the upper hand in a given situation. "
From May 18-19, Ubisoft will host the Rainbow Six Siege Pro League Finals in Milan. On May 19, the developer plans to reveal all new content and changes to the game that come to Siege in Operation Phantom Sight expansion, including both Nuck and Warden breakdown.
