Opinion: Tottenham had to sign £ 130k per week Liverpool man could save £ 15m

With Vincent Janssen and Fernando Llorente, expected to leave Tottenham this summer, Mauricio Pochettino will be bringing a substitute player to Harry Kane.

Kane is England's first choice forward, but Spurs have the opportunity to sign the player he fired from the national team – Daniel Sturridge. The Liverpool striker may be open to joining another top four Premier League club in what might be his last big move.

Since joining Liverpool from Chelsea in 2013, the 29-year-old has made 160 appearances in all competitions, scoring and scoring 94 goals. However, Sturridge has fallen in favor in recent years. In 2018/19 he has collected a weak 81

8 football football across the table that contributes six goals.

England's international is out of contract this summer and does not appear to be in Liverpool. Tottenham was associated with a move to the former Chelsea man in February, but nothing came from the alleged interest. If they return in the coming weeks, all they need is £ 130k per week on his salary.

Tottenham would have had to pay $ 15 million to sign the 29-year-old in 2018, but they could land Sturridge for free within a few weeks. His contract expires at the end of June, but whether the Londoners will make a move is still to be seen.
