New video shows "Empire" actor Jussie Smollett and Osundairo brothers who he claims to attack him, both go down the same pavement – passing a loading port within seconds of each other – at the time of the alleged incident.  The footage was obtained by Fox News from the Chicago Police Department via a request for freedom of information law.
The authorities told Fox that Smollett and Osundairos are the ones seen on tape, where the brothers wear hoodie and the TV star sporting The same white sweater he wore on January 29, "attack" – which the police are labeled as a hoax .
The video first shows Smollett, who leaves his luxury Chicago building before heading to the Subway Sandwich Shop where he told investigators he went, according to police notes, which were also obtained by Fox.
The brothers can be seen walking around the same area around the time of the alleged hatred, said police.

One of them can be seen wearing a red-necked hat, which he was spotted on within the hardware store, where the supplies to
"two items now known to be [redacted] and [redacted] enter the store and buy several things that contained gloves, face masks and a red hat. " Chicago police reportedly stated in their notes.
Smollett, 37, has repeatedly insisted that he is innocent. He was arrested and charged with filing a false police report, but his case was later dropped.
The actor's PR team told TMZ that the new recording that was obtained by Fox is edited together and does not have a timestamp. They also pointed out how the Osundairo brothers were never caught on camera with him.
The Smollett case is again being investigated by a special prosecutor in Cook County after its controversial dismissal by State Attorney Kim Foxx. Many people believe – including police authorities – that she smashed the initial probe and allowed a guilty man to go free.
Smollett was allowed to leave after accepting losing his $ 10,000 bail and performing community service.
