The Warriors on Thursday agreed to enter into terms of a deal with the Oklahoma City Thunder that will bring Kelly Oubre to the Bay Area.
What does Oubre think of this?

Oubre entered the NBA as the No. 15 overall in the 2015 draft after spending a year in college in Kansas.

The former McDonald’s All-American had a fantastic 2019-20 season with the Phoenix Suns, averaging 18.7 points, 6.4 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.3 steals over 56 games (55 starts), while shot a career-high 35.2 percent from the 3-point range of 5.5 attempts.
The 6 foot 7 left will give the Warriors some much needed versatility as he can defend multiple positions.

It is unclear whether Oubre will start for coach Steve Kerr or come off the bench. Either way, he has plenty of incentive to have a great season as he is scheduled to become an unlimited free agent next summer.
