A gunman opened fire on an industrial park in Texas on Thursday – injuring at least six people before getting away and triggering a chase, according to local reports.
Some of the injured were in critical condition, according to the local station KBTX.
The shot is fired at Kent Moore Cabinet’s corporate offices around noon. 2.30pm in the town of Bryan just outside Texas A&M University between Austin and Houston, Eagle reported.
The suspect was identified by a witness and police in the area are now trying to track down the shooter, the newspaper said.
There were reports of a pursuit of the police with shots fired at. 15.30 near the town of Iola, 30 minutes from the crime scene, reported The Eagle. It is unclear whether the incidents were related.
The shooting took place near a middle school, which according to the local station was temporarily shut down.
