Two men have been arrested in connection with a road rage incident after being spotted riding on the hood or in a SUV on the Massachusetts Turnpike, according to authorities.

NBC 10 Boston obtained exclusive footage of the man, later identified as 65-year-old old Richard Kamroski, of Framingham, on the SUV.

State police said an initial investigation revealed that the men were involved in a minor sideswipe crash.
"At some point, one of the but ended up on the hood of the SUV," state police said. “The SUV then traveled to speeds up to 70 MPH, stopping and then accelerating again when the man on the hood did not get off.”
While Kamroski was charged with disorderly conduct, 37-year-old Mark Fitzgerald, or Lynn , who was driving the SUV, was charged with a dangerous weapon, negligently operating a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of a property damage accident
