Louisville police may have detained Breonna Taylor body recordings from the night of her death, the trial says



Sam Aguiar, a lawyer representing Taylor’s family, told The Post that the public deserved to know if there were further footage of a case in which three white officers in plain clothes – Brett Hankison, Myles Cosgrove and Jonathan Mattingly – fired 32 shots into Taylor’s apartment on March 13, 2020, as part of an investigation into a suspected drug operation allegedly linked to her ex-boyfriend. Although Hankison and Cosgrove were fired and Mattingly retired last month, no one has been charged directly with Taylor̵

7;s death – an incident that helped trigger racial demonstrations across the United States. Hankison was charged with three counts of intentional danger of firing bullets that penetrated an adjacent apartment, and charges for which he pleaded guilty.
