Trump critics pointing to President Trump's less than ideal 2020 poll numbers forget what happened in 2016, according to Linda McMahon.
Not only are they missing the point, but McMahon said that the concerns about Trump's re-election prospects are largely unfounded on Monday about "The Story."
"Doesn't it sound like it did four years ago at about the same time?" The US's first chairman asked host Ed Henry.
"How does Trump ever win? Well, he won. He totally surprised many of them and they were all wrong."

On Monday, MS Scout host Joe Scarborough became the latest in a criticism tube to question the president's viability by 2020.
"Considering everything that has happened over the last few years, I have to say that I am totally lost on how he thinks he is going to come where he has to go to get reelected again while still just playing on the little base, "he said. 1
Henry asked McMahon what she thought of Trump falling behind the former Delaware senator.

"If you want to roll the clock back a little and see how it looked with Reagan? He was back. How did it look with Clinton? He was backwards and he won again, "she said.
"I really think the polls at this time don't really put much faith in them."
