Jake Paul Lists Calabasas Mansion for $ 7 Million

Jake Paul does well at his promise to move out of Los Angeles to focus on boxing … he̵

Property sources tell TMZ … Jake wants $ 7 million for his 3.5-acre property, which gives you 8 bedrooms and 15,045 square feet.

The mansion is adorned with a three-story entrance and spiral staircase … plus an office, theater, wet bar and gym.

Of course there is the obligatory Cali pool and spa with some pretty cool accents … 2 waterfalls, a barbecue area and terraces with nice views over the gorge.

So what should I do if you want to replicate Aaron Spelling‘s mega mansion, but only has 15,000 feet of living space? There is enough land to build another, massive structure. And there will be plenty of space to park … the driveway can handle 20 cars.

As we reported … the YouTube star and the undefeated boxer announced last month that he was fleeing from the distractions of LA to focus on becoming a boxing champion. Jake keeps an eye on Miami along the way … it’s a good city for boxers.

Jake’s former neighbors are looking forward to a new resident … he was pretty famous for pissing people off with his wild parties and YouTube shots.

TMZ broke the story … the property was the place to be The FBI raid last year when agents in armored trucks stormed in with a search warrant and ended up seizing some weapons. It is unclear what has come of it.

“Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” stars Josh and Matt Altman have the listing … they beat Jake back in 2017 when he bought the property.
