Sen. Lindsey Graham said House Speaker Nancy Pelosi would commit political suicide if she tried to punish President Trump.
"Her job is in great danger," said South Carolina Republican "Fox News Sunday." "Nancy Pelosi is knight a bucking, wild bronco called the Democratic Caucasus."
He noted that 70 percent of democratic bases rumors began prosecution hearings against Trump.
"She knows that persecution would be political suicide because there is no reason to challenge the president. So she tries to keep the party intact. If she goes down the road, the Republicans go home, we hold the Senate, President Trump will be re-elected, "Graham said.
The bitter feud between Pelosi and Trump wasted in public opinion last week after both had questioned each other's mental fitness, with Pelosi calling on his family and staff to set up an "intervention" and the president is shooting back to say she has "lost it."
During a fast-paced news conference at Rose Garden last Thursday after leaving a meeting with Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer on infrastructure, Trump said he would not work with Democrats until the investigations in him stopped.
Men Rep. Hakeem Jeffries, the Democratic Caucasus Assembly, had Pelosi's back on Sunday and demolished Trump as a "studio gangster" to leave the meeting with her.
"Donald Trump is functionally a studio gangster. He pretends to be a tough guy, but he really plays the role on television," said Brooklyn lawyer on NBC's "Meet The Press." "Hopefully he will have got this temperament tantrum out of his system. "
Jeffries said that Trump not only went out of a meeting with Pelosi, but also" went out to the American people. "
He also rejected Trump's assertion that the House Democrats cannot pursue investigations in him and work on the law at the same time.
"Democrats can sing and dance at the same time as Beyoncé," he said.
