(KMVT / KSVT) – A Twin Falls nurse associated with a Colorado man accused of murder will be in court this week.
A fourth legal court spokesman confirms Krystal Lee will be in court Friday in Teller County, Colorado. Lee is scheduled to appear in court at. 8.30. According to a tweet sent out on Monday night, she faces a number of Tampering with Physical Evidence, a class 6 Felony.
But officials would not provide further information and said the case is sealed.
And St. Luke's Magic Valley spokesman confirmed Monday with KMVT that Lee is no longer employed.
KMVT was the first to reveal Krystal Lee to the nation when a local lawyer and his wife came up with information and called the FBI.
Joe and Patty Rockstahl spoke with KMVT, and later CBS News, and since that interview, KMVT has taught others who have come up with information for the FBI.
However, one of these contacts will not speak to KMVT as they have been silenced by the FBI. An Idaho connection to the case first began when Kelsey Berreth's cell phone poked in Idaho.
Berreth's fiance, Patrick Frazee, accused of killing her. According to KMVT's interview with Rockstahls, Lee is a friend of Frazee and traveled to his house sometime in November.
Officials have not confirmed Lee's involvement in the case. In fact, few details of why Frazee was arrested have been released to the public. Kelsey Berreth's body has still not been found. Colorado and Idaho authorities are working together to resolve the issue.
