Most bruises occur when you maintain an injury that does not break the skin, but crushes the small blood vessels below. Blood then leaks and becomes trapped under the surface and leaves the narrative mark.

How to remove toothpaste from bruises?

There is little evidence for that. Search the web and you'll find this tip listed as a "hack" to help disappear bruises, which may be related to other advice that recommends peppermint oil for the same purpose. But dermatologists say peppermint oil can irritate the skin, and toothpaste can have even more potentially irritating ingredients. If you really want to put something calming on the broken skin, you might be better off trying aloe vera, though it won't get rid of a bruise.

A bruise accompanied by considerable pain and swelling also guarantees medical attention. It can cause a major bleeding under the skin, especially if you have had a significant fall or injury.
