How jets can tackle bigger defensive holes on day three of the NFL Draft

Here’s what to expect from the Jets on day three of the 2021 NFL Draft.

Defense, defense, defense.

The Jets used their first three 2021 draft games by offense. Now it’s time to help the defense out. The Jets go into Day 3 in a row with big holes in the cornerback and linebacker, and they can also use an edge rusher. They should also add a running back.

The Jets have six picks on Saturday – two each in the fourth, fifth and sixth rounds.

The top available corners are Tay Gowan from Central Florida, Shaun Wade from Ohio State, Shakur Brown from Michigan State and Marco Wilson from Florida. The best linebackers left are LSU̵

7;s Jabril Cox, Alabama’s Dylan Moses and Auburn’s KJ Britt.

North Carolina Michael Carter and Memphis’ Kenneth Gainwell are among the best running backs left.

In the sixth round, the Jets may look to add a kicker.
