Another year, another rule change. Given Formula 1's hit-and-miss record for 'improving the show' with new regulations, you'd be forgiven for shrugging your shoulders and asking why the changes to the front and rear wing, brake ducts and bargeboards in 2019 mats, especially given that they will not definitely eliminate the problem of not being able to follow each other closely.
