We remember for all those who carry the inner and outer scars of
Holocaust and subsequent acts of genocide.
Don't let them be overwhelmed by the horrors that engulfed
Be close to them.
Help them see that you are suffering with those who suffer
and that no evil can ever extinguish your infinite love.
Restrict those who are filled with hatred and use violence to pursue their ends.
Change their hearts.
Human memory makes us aware of the reality of evil and its misleading joy.
Help Us Recognize Our Own Ability to Evil and Allow Your Spirit to
Help us also to stand against evil and oppression Give us the opportunity to defend those who are not strong enough to defend themselves,
and be ready to bring the light of your truth into the dark areas of human experience
Covers our respect for everything you have done and helps us secure
the maximum good of all
We ask this in your son Jesus The Name of Christ, who died for our sins, carries our sorrows, heals our wounds
and has risen for our freedom.
