Skeletor, the legendary villain in the beloved 1980s He-Man and the Masters of the Universe series, is back – and he sounds galactically famous. Star Wars star Mark Hamill expresses the infamous skeleton guy in Masters of the Universe: Revelation, a reboot of the classic animated show. Yes, it’s Luke Skywalker who is smiling out of the villain’s bone mouth in a new trailer released Thursday.

This is certainly not the first time Hamill has left the good guy Luke – he has long expressed the joker on a number of shows. And it’s not new that he’s taking on the role – Netflix announced the cast back in February. It’s still worth it to hear the tattoo boy again.

Famous names abound in this show. Kevin Smith from Clerk’s fame is a showrunner and executive producer. Lena Headey (Cersei in Game of Thrones) plays villain Evil-Lyn; Sarah Michelle Gellar plays Teela; Henry Rollins plays Tri-Klops; and Alicia Silverstone play Queen Marlena. Another Game of Thrones veterinarian, Liam Cunningham, plays Man-At-Arms.

“I can’t believe the talent lineup I get to play with,” Smith said in a February statement.

If you can not remember He-Man and the masters of the universe, you can not remember the 1980s, when the show muscularly introduced He-Man, Skeletor and the mysterious fortress Castle Grayskull. It’s retro sword-and-magic fun with lots of famous voices to recognize. Part one of the series is coming to Netflix on July 23rd.
