Man trying to steal his home

Halle Berry cursed near home to find the locks changed and a strange man living inside.
Sources of crime tell TMZ … 59 year olds Ronald Eugene Griffin first appeared on an LA property owned by the actress in January, claiming he was lurking with the locks, but left when contacted by Halle & # 39; s gardener.
A few months later, in March … the police received an offensive call from workers at Berry's pad, saying that Griffin was there with a locksmith trying to enter and claimed he was the one new home owner and had the deed to prove it.
We are told that he had already managed to have one of the locks changed and actually called the police when he was confronted with the employees of the house. Yes, he was obedient enough to call the police claiming ownership and pointing to Halle's employees as violations !!!
According to law enforcement … when the police arrived at Griffin, he was the owner of the house, but the LAPD detectors quickly established Griffin had fraudulently changed the residence title.
Halle told the detectives that she had no idea who he was … and certainly did not give him permission to be with her. 19659006] Later, Griffin was arrested and hit with a crime count by acquiring and offering a false guaranty deed and an additional counter of petty theft. His bond is set at $ 36k.
Oddly enough … we are told that the guy didn't even know it was Halle's place. Just lucky in a row for her.
This is not the first time Halle has had major problems with intruders. Back in 2011 she came home, went to the kitchen and told the police: "When I opened my glass door and closed it behind me, I suddenly found someone behind me and turned to see that the intruder was less than a foot behind me and staring through my glass door. "The guy was arrested.
