Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was back in the Supreme Court Friday at a private conference of the judges.
The Supreme Court's public information office told The Hill Ginsburg attended the meeting, where the judges are considering requests to process cases. Ginsburg has been absent from court since the operation at the end of December to remove two cancers from his left left lung.
The 85-year-old missed out on oral arguments last month while staying at the procedure. Her absence marked the bench for the first time for more than 25 years, she was forced to miss arguments because of her health.
The justifications have been in the winter for the last month, but are due back on the bench for oral arguments on Tuesday.
