Galactus threatens Fortnites much existence next month

Fortnite has so far run several Marvel-centric events, including the Avengers, Deadpool and Wolverine challenges, but things are getting a little more intense – and the stakes are getting higher – in its recent event. Fortnite: Nexus War ends on December 1st, and it’s up to players to defeat Galactus or risk destroying the universe.

The battle against Galactus begins December 1 at 13 PT / 16 ETand it is a one-time event. Epic Games recommends that you enter Fortnite approximately one hour before the scheduled start time, and the playlist will be displayed approx. 30 minutes before the event. You need to have update 1

4.60 downloaded to be able to play, and as the lawsuit continues between Apple and Epic Games, iOS players are still out of fun. It is possible that there may be a solution on the way via iOS ‘Safari web browser, which some other companies are also doing instead of supporting dedicated apps. Any hope for the game to return to a native app on iOS will have to wait until the lawsuit has gone through the courts, and it will take several months before that happens – if Epic Games wins against Apple.

Just a few days ago, Fortnite also brought video chat to the game through the Houseparty app. It is available for the PC, PS5 and PS4 versions of the game, and you must have either an iOS or Android phone with the app installed. If you link your accounts, you also get a special Rainbow Fog Wrap.
