Dozens displaced after massive fire cracks through 10 units Lawrence condo building



Firefighters from several cities were expected to work through the night to contain a massive fire that tore through a 10-unit building at the Shawsheen Court Condominiums in Lawrence, Massachusetts Thursday night. The fire started just before noon. 20 and spread rapidly through the two-story apartment building. Video from the scene showed heavy fire spreading through several units at the complex. Neighbors in another building first noticed the flames spread, called 911, and went door to door, warning insane people inside to get out. The Red Cross helps them find hotels, and the mayor of Lawrence said the city is committed to helping families recover.
