According to WDW News Today, there will be no more smoking areas inside the parks. Designated smoking areas will only be outside entrances and in designated areas of the resort hotels – but not in your rooms or on balconies. (This smoking policy had already been in place.) This rule includes vaping.
Stroller sizes will also be enforced and may not be greater than 31 inches wide and 52 inches long. This change is a reduction in the size of 36 inches allowed.
This is not too much of an adaptation for families with little ones. Because it includes most prams – including some twin joggers.
If your stroller or double jogging stroller exceeds the size limits, you can rent either black in the parks.
Another difference is that Disney will now "strictly enforce" it is no wagons or hauling carts, like the Radio Flyer policy. These changes help ease the traffic load in the parks, said theme park insider. Movement will also hopefully eliminate the aggressive use of SUV-sized strollers – basically the playpens on wheels – and carts to offend people out of your way.
(Of course you would never do that.) Resolve ice changes
Carries loose ice, like dice, or dry ice, will no longer be allowed in the parks. However, reusable ice packs are OK.
The policy changes are effective from May 1.
