You can make an appointment by:
- using scdhec.gov/vaxlocator to see locations that accept COVID-19 vaccine appointments. Select a location and call the phone number listed to make an appointment. The card itself is not a way to plan an appointment.
- calling DHEC’s Care Line at 1-855-472-3432 for assistance finding contact information you have to make an appointment. Care Line cannot schedule an appointment, but can provide you with phone numbers for locations you can call to make an appointment.
