From good housekeeping
Like many other leading men, Chis Hemsworth likes to post his workout programs on social media and has even gotten a side-string with his own fitness and wellness app, Centr, where he and his team share the workouts and meal plans that have helped him come in god-like form for playing Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
But in his latest progress photo on Instagram, where he is caught turning a tire (or “cheat day donut” as his caption reads), the Australian actor looks even more than he did on the set with it Thor and Avengers movie. It̵
Hemsworth has previously stated in interviews that his role in the upcoming Hogan biography will require him to gather and physically transform more than any of his previous concerts. “I’ll have to put on more than I ever did, even more than I put on for Thor,” he said. “There’s the accent as well as the physical and the attitude … I’m also going to have to make a deep dive into the rabbit hole of the breaking world that I’m really looking forward to doing.”
And Hemsworth’s shocking new frame did not go unnoticed by his Marvel co-stars. “Hello bud,” Pratt wrote in the comments. “Just heard from my coach and he needs you to stop training, because since we have to be in the same movie and everything, he does not want me to stand next to you if you see like this so i need you to put on 25kg really fast cool thanks. ”
Hemsworth replied with his own joke: “Don’t worry buddy, we can both just use the same smart filter used here. It’s called instashred. ”
This exchange seems to confirm what MCU fans have suspected since Hemsworth’s Thor joined Pratt’s Peter Quill aboard Benatar late last year. Avengers: Endgame. Namely that Guardians of the Galaxy (sorry it is Asgardere of Galaxy) will appear in the upcoming fourth Thor movie, Love & Thunder.
