At this point, this Big Ten drama is a comedy of error. I’m not sure who is leading the communication (or lack thereof), decision making and conversations, but here we are again. While much of the speculation comes from the media at the conference, which announces something in relation to an autumn football season, it all comes from very reputable sources.
People want to know what’s going on, yet it seems like no one is doing it, but everyone thinks they are doing it.
This means that those involved in what is going on are talking and believing that everything is going in the right direction. Yet there is still nothing when time goes by again, after another day of waiting for a message.
And according to Yahoo Sports̵
No official word on a Big Ten reboot has leaked down to Big Ten coaches. Many programs have run / planned the last few days for a start on October 17, pending the upcoming vote / decision. There is still a lot of hope and optimism. But no official green light yet.

So we keep telling you what’s being reported out there, but we have no idea when it’s going to go down. We’re still fine with an autumn Big Ten season, we just do not know what hold up is.
At this point, I’m not sure even the top ten makers know what holdup is.
So we wait … and wait … and wait a little longer.
