Orioles mentioned before opening day that this iteration of the roster had a looser mood for it, one where the players were free to be themselves.
After Saturday's postgame celebration, it's easy to believe.
Rookie manager Brandon Hyde helped guide Orioles to their first win and the first victory of his career on Saturday afternoon in New York.
After Orioles finished 5-3 victory over the Yanks, the importance of wine was not lost on the team.

Hyde came out to meet with the media and journalists tweeted that he seemed to be softening wet which smells like a bar.
Now we know why.
Celebration of a great victory is about the only time in your life, they want to have beer dumped on them, so Hyde was of course a good sport about it all, even after being forced into a laundry trolley and rolled into showers.
It's a tradition in baseball, and it wasn't just the players involved. It looks like the end of the "shower" pitching coach Doug Brocail ends in the slope.
There will not be many victories to celebrate this season, so it is encouraging to see the team having fun and enjoying what is sure to be a year of many downs.
Also kudos to the players to bring Hyde into a room with drains first. I'm sure the clubhouse staff at Yankee Stadium appreciate it.
All in all, this is a good and fun party that highlights the companionship that this group already has with each other and their coaches. Hopefully this is the first of many victories in a long career in Baltimore.
Maybe next time they can find a way to celebrate their leader who doesn't waste so much beer.
