"The public has not seen the video because Mr. Baldwin does not want it to be seen. The video confirms that Alec Baldwin attacked Mr. Cieszkowski, then lied about it," wrote lawyers to Wojciech Cieszkowski, who filed an attack and told trial of the comedian in April on the incident.
"If a secret video showed that Mr. Baldwin did not commit an assault, his celebrity PR team would probably have spread it all over social media and television the moment the story broke," the court says.
Baldwin claimed to be ballistic at Cieszkowski ̵
Baldwin was guilty of harassment and was ordered to take an angry management class and pay a $ 120 fine.

Baldwin's lawyers fired back into court cases in Maybe Cieszkowski's slander claims must be thrown away.
"Cieszkowski is trying to reverse a slight confusion over a parking lot in a multi-million dollar lottery ticket," Baldwin's lawyer, Luke Nikas, wrote at the time.
On Wednesday, Cieszkowski's lawyers replied that the proposal was to be rejected and the counterfeit request had to be made.
"With his overheated rhetoric and personal attack, Mr. Baldwin's partial refusal seems to be essentially designed to serve as a press release," the court said.
On Wednesday, Baldwin's lawyer reiterated the claim that Cieszkowski is only on a Sunday.
"We intend to show the Court that Cieszkowski's story is erroneous – that the video evidence, eyewitness testimony and medical records all show that he is looking for a jackpot he is not entitled to receive," Nikas said in a statement.
