After stirring a massive negative storm on the Internet to Vivek Obero's recent meme, which clubed Aishwarya Rai's former relations with communities in the Lok Sabha Election 2019, netizens and many others from the industry have been provoked by the joke and call his meme as offensive.
In fact, Salman Khan also responded to meme when asked by a journalist that he didn't care about those silly jokes. Later, Sonam Kapoor, directors and a few actors responded to it. However, Aish and her husband Abhishek did not involve the issue.
When the whole ruckus took place on the meme, Aishwarya was recorded on the French Rivera at the Cannes Film Festival. It is reported that the actor also got to know Viveks meme immediately. She expressed her shock at it, but refrained from responding.
The sources say that Aishwarya was severely disturbed on meme, and also Abhishek Bachchan was furious and strongly wished to retaliate. But the actor stopped her hubby from not reacting and reassuring him. It looks as if Aish did a good job of acting mature, as the whole reaction of the couple would have given unnecessary attention to the problem.
At least Vivek after a few days of sending meme and defending his joke, he later apologized and deleted the tweet.
