3 cases of coronavirus confirmed at Red Mountain High School in Mesa



MESA, AZ – According to the school principal, three people at Red Mountain High School in Mesa have tested positive for COVID-19.

In a letter to parents Wednesday, the school said two students and an adult participating in an athletic team had tested positive for the virus.

School officials say the most recent date when one of them was last on campus was Monday, September 1

4th.

The school says they believe the exposure risk is minimal due to safety protocols the school has in place, including face masks and physical distance.

Monday was the first day the district returned to changed personal learning.
